Pre-Loved items 

At Live Love Lend we are focused on quality second hand goods. Quite simply this means;

Items must be

• In a clean and tidy condition

• In excellent working order

Items must not;

• Have broken, faulty or missing parts including zips, buttons and screws

• Have rips, tears or holes

• Be unwashed or have major stains. Minor stains and fading are ok as long as you clearly describe the item in your listing and photograph it so buyers are aware of the condition.

All items must be clearly photographed and include a good description of the item and its condition. To ensure we maintain a high quality standard any listings not meeting the above requirements may be declined from being published or be removed from the site.

To have the best chance of selling your item please follow the below tips

​

• Complete all relevant fields for your listing (note some fields are only required for rentals)

• Ensure you clearly describe the item you are selling and its condition for example whether it has come from a smoke free/pet free home

• Set a price that considers the condition of the item and what a new item would retail for

• Include good quality photographs so potential buyers can fully assess the item. Good pictures can make a big difference to whether your item is likely to sell.

  • Take photos in natural daylight on a neutral background

  • Make sure the photo is in focus, straight and does not have shadows on it

  • Take photos of your item from numerous angles
